In my capacity as an Agile Coach, I played a central role in driving transformative initiatives within Wealth Management. This involved overseeing the initiation of new fleets, consisting of scaled teams of teams, and multiple squads as contributing teams. As part of this initiative, I delivered comprehensive training sessions for Product Owners and Scrum Masters. I conducted workshops focused on story writing and Behavior Driven Development (BDD), establishing guidelines that allowed us to gauge team progress using Lean Agile metrics, ensuring predictability, quality, and optimized workflow. Additionally, I provided strategic guidance to product leadership, emphasizing the measurement of success through outcomes using agreed-upon Organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKR), and fostering a holistic understanding to align the efforts of all contributors beyond individual team outputs. In another capacity, I served as a coach for a chatbot development squad, concentrating on the creation of a platform and models for Natural Language Processing (NLP). This innovative team leveraged the capabilities of AI and Machine Learning (ML) to deliver predictive responses in a conversational mode. My collaboration extended seamlessly to an off-site ontology update team, ensuring accurate hierarchies in the data, thereby enabling the models to operate in a supervised manner with optimal efficiency. This collaborative effort contributed significantly to the success of the chatbot development squad.
