I build the platforms and AI-powered tools that make post-sales organizations smarter, faster, and more proactive. For the past 11+ years at MongoDB, I've led the engineering organization responsible for internal platforms and tools across Technical Services — the systems that thousands of employees and tens of thousands of customers rely on every week. More recently, I've been focused on embedding AI into the fabric of how we work: using AI models to deliver capabilities like case summarization, contextual customer insights, and intelligent workflow automation that fundamentally change how support, professional services, and customer success teams operate. What drives me is the intersection of platform engineering and applied AI — building extensible systems that other teams can build on, while making sure AI is deployed responsibly and with measurable impact. I've spent my career in the space between technology and customer outcomes, starting as a consultant building enterprise solutions, then moving into support operations, and now leading the platform strategy for a global technical services org. I'm always interested in connecting with people thinking about AI-first support operations, internal platform strategy, or the future of post-sales technology.
I lead the engineering organization that builds and operates MongoDB's internal platforms and tools for Technical Services — the systems behind how we support, serve, and engage with our customers at scale. What my team owns: The full support technology stack — internal dashboards, workflow engines, the customer-facing support portal, diagnostic tooling, and the integrations that tie it all together across Salesforce, Slack, AWS, JIRA, and more. Where I'm focused now: Defining and executing a multi-year AI strategy for Technical Services. We're using Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock to build capabilities that give our people instant context on any customer interaction — support cases, PS engagements, CS meetings — and embedding AI copilots directly into daily workflows. The goal is shifting the entire organization from reactive case management to proactive, AI-augmented operations. What I've built over 11+ years: → An extensible platform model that enables distributed engineering teams to ship features on shared infrastructure, reducing duplication and accelerating delivery across the org → Unified data pipelines that consolidate support, CS, and PS data into a single source of truth, powering real-time dashboards and predictive insights on customer health → Cross-system integrations spanning Slack, Salesforce, AWS (S3, Lambda, Bedrock), Retool, Azure OpenAI, MongoDB Atlas, and JIRA → A cultural shift toward AI-augmented work — building trust through transparent governance, hands-on enablement, and upskilling teams on human-AI collaboration patterns
Joined an early-stage company and built the internal tools infrastructure needed to scale. Architected a centralized configuration management system and API layer that unified customer configurations across multiple products. Designed monitoring and alerting tools that gave both internal teams and customers real-time visibility into integration health. Managed technical partnerships with customer platform teams, driving integrations from architecture through delivery.
Managed enterprise support relationships and led an international support team spanning the US and India. Selected and implemented a new support portal, designed packaged on-site support offerings, and served as the escalation point for critical customer issues.
Built systems architectures and drove application design on the MarkLogic platform for customers across financial services, media, publishing, and government. Equal parts solution architect, performance engineer, and technical advisor — diagnosing bottlenecks, designing solutions, and supporting pre-sales with hands-on technical education.
Consulting for clients using the Provenir platform at financial services companies, including both technical development and business workflow design.
Software development for Datacor's eChempax platform, an ERP system used by chemical companies and suppliers.
