Mold remediation and air quality testing
Oversee all aspects of new program launches at Precision Concepts from acceptance of purchase orders through program transfer to the production team after customer approval. Responsible for the procurement of all raw materials and management of all auxillary items needed for the program. Manage a cross-functional team from all departments including tooling, stamping, molding, assembly, quality and accounting.
Manage a team of sales engineers located across the country. Extensive travel to meet with high level executives and decision makers at major medical companies across the US.
Responsible for managing the estimating department for all new requests. Maintain relationships with customers and vendors to deliver a quick and accurate estimate for all new programs. Updated existing programs to meet changing raw material costs.
