In my expanded role, I continue to lead the Global Technical Key Account Management team, driving strategic customer initiatives across onboarding of new business, OEE improvement, sustainability programs, and packaging & print efficiency for our international key accounts. This work centers on aligning technical expertise with customer needs to deliver measurable performance, value, and partnership growth. In addition to this responsibility, I have taken on a second hat as Packaging Coatings Director for Global Flint Group Packaging Solutions. In this capacity, I am focused on elevating our coatings portfolio across the global packaging value chain—positioning coatings as a critical enabler at the intersection of design, performance, and sustainability. My work brings together our integrated coatings technologies, cross‑functional expertise, and end‑use application knowledge to ensure coatings play a central role in how we innovate, collaborate, and deliver solutions to the market.
Global Technical Director, responsible for Key Corporate technical projects across all Flint Group’s Packaging divisions (Flexible Packaging, Paper & Board and Narrow Web), managing a team of Global Technical Key Account Managers worldwide, focused on Technical Project Management, Resources and Support in conjunction with Flint’s regional teams.
Manage the R&D (PDL) and Applications/Press specialists (CTS) teams. Lead regionally the technical organization working in conjunction with regional marketing, product management, sales, operations, regulatory, manufacturing and global technical teams, aligned with global Packaging & Narrow Web Business & Marketing Targets. As a member of the North American Leadership Team, drive innovation and regional technical strategy representing the American technology team as a member of the Global Leadership Team.
Management of technical and market & business technical related resources covering all Allnex business units for Latin America Region from the Ponta Grossa Allnex site: R&D, Applications, Technical Services, Product Transfers, Business Strategies and Market Assessment, Process improvement, Site Leadership, Sales alignment within Global Business Units and Customer`s relationship.
Coordination of technical actions, customer support, projects, strategy alignment with global business teams and laboratory/technical team covering 3 Cytec-Allnex Business Units (Liquid Resins and Additives, RADCURE and Crosslinkers) for the South American region.
Coordination of RADCURE (UV curing) applications laboratory, technical support, customer introductions, developments, sales support, business strategy alignment and product launches for Brazil.
In charge of R&D, product development and technical service groups, managing all stages from market viability, technical feasibility studies and strategy definitions, to customer introduction, quality management and plant scale up process, focused on pigment pastes and industrial coatings (UV and Waterborne mainly).
From Graduation until PhD`s. Research in electrochemistry regarding electrodeposition, semi-conductive polymers and microelectrodes assembling focusing on the development of portable probes for use in AgroIndustry.
