Global Technical Director for Mineral Processing - Responsible to lead the global team of application specialists, six regional laboratories, and an innovation portfolio of 300+ projects
Developed the frother business commercial and technical strategy and a consolidated global portfolio. This included the development of several new products, new raw introductions, and strategic supplier development, as well as training for internal teams and customers. The result was double-digit growth in the product line and security of supply.

Developed several projects with grinding process, Anti-scaling, Dust Control and Mineral dispersion such as Calcium Carbonate, Kaolin and Bauxite.
