Across multinational environments spanning Europe and the Americas, I've worked where business strategy, technology, and delivery meet — leading enterprise and digital transformation programmes, AI and automation initiatives, and operational improvement and process redesign in complex, multi-market organisations. I've supported platforms processing €5B+ in annual revenue, run vendor evaluations and build-vs-buy decisions on multi-million-euro programmes, driven cloud migration and Agile delivery across enterprise platforms, and built operational, data-quality, and revenue-assurance frameworks that hold up under regulatory scrutiny and scale across markets. Much of that work has lived in large-scale customer, billing, and operational systems (including OSS/BSS and Amdocs platforms) — but the throughline is making complex operations run better, wherever they sit. What I bring beyond the technical depth is the ability to read a room and move people through change — whether that's a C-suite conversation about strategic direction, a workshop with engineers untangling integration design, or a tense stakeholder moment when a delivery is at risk. Managing those relationships and aligning business, technology, and delivery teams is often where the real value gets created. I take on consulting and transformation roles where the problems are real, the stakes are high, and someone needs to bridge the gap between what the business needs and what technology can do.
