PKstream was newly formed company resulting from the JV of Promon (www.promon.com.br) and Knijnik Engenharia Integrada (www.engenhariaintegrada.combr). The company focus was to provide engineering consulting services and project management for the industrial, health, sanitation, real estate, and infrastructure markets.
Led the turnaround of the Environmental practice from a loss of R$ 862k in FY07 to a profit of R$ 2,31MM in FY08. Increased Gross Revenue in 380% during the period. An average growth of 39% per year. Increased Net Service Revenue in 216% during the period. An average of 33% per year. Led the annual business plan and elaborated the strategic plan for LATAM with McKinsey. Actively participated in the identification, initial discussions and due diligence of potential acquisitions targets in Brazil and Colombia. Expanded the service offer from the initial Environmental in 2007 adding new practices to AECOM’s service portfolio including Transportation, Mining, Water, Urban Plan & Architecture and Energy, which is in its initial stages. Led the commercial, technical and legal discussion in complex projects such as: Olympic Park of Rio de Janeiro, Guarulho’s Airport bid for a major contractor, Central Port in Espirito Santo, EPCM for Ports in Rio and Santos in a JV with a Brazilian engineering company, Lima Metro Line 2 pre-bid support (commercial proposal), Buenos Aires Metro (commercial/legal proposal). Developed strategic partnership with the main engineering consulting companies in Brazil. Since 2010 participate in AECOM’s annual global strategic meeting. In 2011 was select for the first cohort (25 participants) of AECOM’s Executive Develop Program, which aimed to prepare the succession of the first and second line leaders. Program was concluded in Jun/2013. Interim Regional Executive for LATAM from Sep/12 to Jan/14. Led with RH employee potential appraisal and skill training matrix.
