I am driven by eternity. One day every boardroom, every company, every achievement, every accolade, and every platform, will disappear. Every one of us will stand before God. That reality changes everything. We are living in a world desperately searching for purpose while running from the only One who can provide it. We have built cultures obsessed with success and starving for significance. We have become experts at climbing ladders only to discover many are leaning against the wrong buildings. I see leaders achieving everything they thought would satisfy them while privately wrestling with emptiness, anxiety, loneliness, identity struggles, and questions they can't answer. Because deep down, people are searching for truth. That is why I do what I do. I believe Jesus Christ changes everything. The One who transforms hearts, restores lives, redeems brokenness, gives meaning to suffering, and offers eternal life to anyone willing to surrender. That belief is the lens through which I see everything. It is why C-Suite for Christ exists. I refuse to accept the lie that faith belongs inside church walls while business, leadership, influence, and culture belong to the world. I believe we are called to something far greater than building companies and careers. We are called to build the Kingdom. My life verse says it best: "Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ." - Galatians 1:10 The moment you decide to live for Christ rather than applause, everything changes. You stop allowing culture to dictate your convictions and stop living for temporary comfort and start living for eternal impact. I put my faith in Christ, and I believe with everything in me that the greatest tragedy in life is not failure. It is success without purpose. It is gaining the world while losing your soul. It is spending decades building an empire only to discover you neglected the Kingdom. I want to look back at my life someday and know I emptied the tank. I want to know I gave everything I had to the One who gave everything for me. I want to know I stood firm when compromise was easier. Because this life is short. Eternity is not. If you're tired of shallow conversations, empty success, cultural confusion, and faith that stays safely hidden behind closed doors, then let's connect. Let's stop playing small. Let's stop settling. Let's cover the world in Christ. https://csuiteforchrist.com/
A “wall” between religious faith and the workplace? Give me a break. Conventional wisdom says you shouldn’t mix the two. Haven’t you heard this forever? Well, I like to break down barriers. Defy accepted norms. Challenge conventional wisdom. Make the impossible, possible. C Suite for Christ might be Exhibit A. As a man of strong faith who regularly interacts with fellow professionals, I picked up on something quite a while ago. Call it a desire. Or, maybe a yearning. Businesspeople would talk about their faith with me – but always very low key, in hushed tones, as if it were some monstrous secret to be kept under wraps. I experienced this time and time again. I found it unfortunate. Wrong. Sad. Being a Christian isn’t a crime. No reason existed for these followers of Jesus to have to hide their beliefs. I soon grasped that these people desired community with others: fellow disciples who were also professional peers. And, because of how I roll, I did something about it. C Suite for Christ started in late 2018 with a few dozen attendees. We agreed to meet monthly, and see where it would go. Well, “go” it did! Hundreds of business executives are now associated with our organization. We’re looking at franchising, to reach out to untold numbers of other professionals who want to share the Word. God has blessed us with fertile soil, just as in the Parable of the Sower in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke. Here’s part of our mission: “At C-Suite for Christ, we are a group of business executives who come together every month to share our stories of how including Christ in our daily lives has positively affected our work environment. We share our joys and our struggles with others on the same journey.” Does this organization call to you? If so, we’d love you to visit a meeting soon. Check out www.csuiteforchrist.com … and prepare to be surprised at how easily that “wall” can come down.

Wait, what? Isn’t this my name? Well, it used to be just my name. Now it’s so much more. Paul M. Neuberger is a passion, an enterprise, and a calling. It seeks to spur others to lives of greater purpose, ambition and achievement. Everything you thought you were capable of … is an underestimation. You can do so much more. Paul M. Neuberger offers the resources, training and motivation to get you there. We’ll make the impossible … possible. Being in front of an audience charges me up like nothing else. I love imparting ideas and changing lives. God has blessed me with this ability. I dedicate every speaking engagement to His glory. My most popular keynote is “Instantaneous Differentiation: How to Make Yourself Memorable.” It’s about identifying your unique, valuable qualities, and using them to create instant impressions and forge relationships. This is a transformational concept, one applicable to many areas of life. Your personal interactions will never be the same – just better. Another oft-requested keynote is “Everybody’s an Entrepreneur.” We all admire entrepreneurs, right? So what if you applied the qualities of entrepreneurship – innovation, risk-taking, breaking boundaries – throughout an organization? Productivity and engagement skyrocket. If everyone adopts an entrepreneurial mindset, anything is possible. “Psychological Selling” and “Secrets of Cold Call Success” each take a different tack on traditional selling. Both guide audiences to understand that, yes, there is a better way to succeed at sales. One of my favorite presentations is “Silence of the Lamb: A Wakeup Call for Christianity.” People of faith are under attack. Stay quiet? No way! I’m leading the movement to put the greatest leader of all time, Jesus, back in charge. If you’re seeking a keynote speaker for your next meeting, conference or event, I’d be honored to be considered. Please visit www.paulmneuberger.com to learn how we can, indeed, make the impossible … possible.
Strong sales teams don’t happen on their own. They require direction. Training. Accountability. In sum, all the responsibilities of a sales manager. In other words, someone already wearing plenty of other hats. If not, a solution exists ... and I'm it. Serving as your sales manager, I’ll energize your team. Before you know it, they’ll be dialing the direct line to sales success. As the former President of an insurance agency with 40+ employees, I know leadership. My sales team generated years of double-digit growth. As a veteran sales trainer, I know how to turn around stale sales operations. Let's try new things. Success follows. Why hire me as your sales manager? If you lack one, I’ll bring direction to the sales process. Training in skills such as cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting and effective follow-up. Accountability to metrics for activity and goal achievement. Team meetings to share ideas and successes. Coaching for individuals. Or, if your “sales manager” is an executive stretched way too thin, I'll will free them. Allow them to work “on” the business, instead of “in.” I'm not just another consultant. Hire me for sales management, and you’ve brought on a revenue generating partner. I’ll contact prospects. Schedule appointments. Strategize with others to close business. Don’t forget the intangibles. I have more than 30,000 LinkedIn connections. I’ll make introductions and open doors. If you need to hire sales professionals, skip the recruiters (and their fees) - let me tap into my broad network, with a megaphone that’s hard to ignore. Most salespeople dread, if not outright fear, cold calling. I show them how to embrace this misunderstood, mishandled sales tactic, and grow their professional and personal success like never before. Most cold calls die in the opening seconds. No one welcomes unsolicited sales calls, right? This is a huge hurdle. For most sales reps, the die is cast as soon as they open their mouths. Click. “Don’t call me again.” Or worse. I teach salespeople how to cold call in a non-salesy, non-threatening manner that creates relationships and turbocharges productivity. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, including professional sports teams and Fortune 500 companies. My proprietary methods guide sales teams to run more appointments, build more relationships, and boost the bottom line. How? Just by knowing what to say and, as importantly, NOT to say. Successful cold calling involves strategy. Psychology. Playing “defense.” Not selling a product or service (yes, you read that correctly). Emotion. Even generosity. Intrigued? The Cold Call Coach offers instruction to suit any desired format: • Group coaching • Individualized coaching • Workshops and seminars • A book, “The Secrets to Cold Call Success” (https://paulmneuberger.com/book/) • Online training via Cold Call University (https://www.udemy.com/course/cold-call-university-courses-101-to-401-all-courses/) • Training DVDs and webinars • Cold call script review service (https://paulmneuberger.com/scripts/) The Cold Call Coach has clients in all 50 states. Cold Call University reaches into more than 120 countries, and is translated into more than 30 languages. Want to improve your cold call success rate, or your team’s? It’s easy to get started! Visit www.coldcallcoach.net, call (414) 313-8338 or e-mail [email protected]. If you’re cold calling the wrong way, you have every reason to dread it. A better approach exists. Learn it, and you’ll never look at your phone the same way again.
The Starr Group helps businesses quantify risk, and determine their return on investment. The results include actuarially determined direct and indirect loss costs. Does any other organization in Wisconsin have these capabilities? Not as far as I know. As a full-service insurance/risk management agency, the Starr Group advises clients on business insurance (including group health), to personal lines, and everything in between. We assist with human resources compliance, loss control, workers' compensation claims administration, leadership development and e-services. On a personal level, the Starr Group saved, challenged and empowered me. I was working myself to death – literally, according to a doctor’s dire warning – when Tim Starr asked me to oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations as president. I thought, prayed … and accepted. I don’t claim to always make the best decisions, but this was one. I work with an amazing – no, that’s an understatement – group of people. Their dedication and professionalism remind me daily of my incredibly good fortune. Our organization is undergoing massive growth due to years of sound fiscal management, smart personnel additions and top-notch service. We are transforming how business is done in the realm of insurance and risk mitigation. The Starr Group’s core values go by the acronym I-PREACH: Integrity, Passion, Respect, Excellence, Acknowledgment, Communication, Health & Wellness. These values define who we are, and how we move forward. They underlie all our thoughts, words, and actions. Their outcomes have been nothing short of spectacular. The best days for The Starr Group are in front of us. We’d love you to be part of that success!
