    As the Head of Operational Resilience, I led the AA in the response to COVID19 since January 2020. Chairing the discussions and decisions needed by the Crisis Management Team and the Emergency Response Team to ensure that the business services of the AA were not impacted by the lockdown restrictions. I managed the movement of 3000 contact centre staff from the Office to full home working (with full voice capability).
