Mr. Paul Melotto, brings to Alraedah Finance a track record of more than 20+ years of financial industry success locally and internationally. He most recently was the Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Gulf Finance & Founding member of the Management team of one of the most successful Home Finance Companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to his post in Saudi Arabia Mr. Melotto began his career with MortgageIT, which grew to a Top 10 Mortgage Company in the United States to over 56 branch offices, more than 3000 employees and annual origination volume in excess of USD 30 billion dollars and 75,000 units annually. While at MortgageIT Mr. Melotto was an instrumental part of the Management team that brought MortgageIT Holdings to a successful IPO in 2004 on the NYSE as a Mortgage REIT and subsequent sale of the Company to Deutsche Bank 2007 at the time of sale, Mr Melotto was the SVP of Finance. Two years following the sale Mr. Melotto held various positions at Deutsche Bank is the Global Residential Mortgage Backed Securities Group focused on the US, European and MENA regions prior to his joining Deutsche Gulf Finance
