Behind every energy and infrastructure project is a story that needs telling right, one that earns regulatory trust, holds up under media pressure, and makes complex policy legible to the people it affects. That's the work I've been doing for over 11 years. I'm a corporate communications and public affairs expert specialized in the energy and infrastructure sector, with experience on both sides of the table - agency-side, where I learned to move fast across diverse clients and sectors, and in-house, where I learned what it takes to protect and grow reputation from within a complex organization. What I do: • Corporate communications strategy: Building the narrative architecture that aligns internal identity with external positioning. • Policy communication & public affairs: Translating complex regulatory and policy frameworks into clear narratives; proven track record designing and implementing successful public affairs strategies. • Crisis & issues management: Designing response frameworks that protect reputation when the stakes are highest. • Stakeholder engagement: Mapping, listening, and coalition-building across government, industry, media, and communities. • Digital & social strategy: Applying modern channels to traditionally conservative sectors. My foundation: A degree in Political Science and International Relations, followed by a Master's in European Politics and Policies at KU Leuven, one of Europe's oldest and highest-ranked universities (founded 1425, consistently top 50 worldwide). That academic grounding was complemented by an executive program in Energy Business at ALBA Graduate Business School and diplomas in digital and social media. Theory matters; energy policy is made in institutions, and understanding how institutions actually work is what separates communications that inform from communications that influence. What I'm interested in: Decarbonisation and energy integration are rewriting the rules of corporate communications in this sector. New stakeholders, new regulatory pressure, new public expectations.
