How I think: I see the solution space, not one solution. Before implementing I map the full picture — paths, tradeoffs, dependencies, second-order effects. Then I move fast. Breadth and pace lets me build solo, advise founders, and find the approach that actually fits the problem. How I work: gather requirements, write PRDs, ship MVPs in weeks — not months or years. Daily builder on the Anthropic Claude API across consumer, clinical, and enterprise. Anthropic, IBM, and Amazon AI certifications complete (April 2026), including all 8 Anthropic Academy certs (AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations 10/10). Multiple-time founder. Icy Cools was acquired in 2023 after I built it from zero into a national US consumer brand in CVS, Amazon, Walmart, TJ Maxx, and Kroger. At Owlstorm.AI I've delivered 32+ AI and automation projects across healthcare, consumer, and enterprise. As CTO of HPI International I led a cold-chain blood monitoring system deployed across two Chinese hospital systems — coordinated end-to-end in Mandarin. I've driven adoption the same way every time: show a working system first, then explain it. Working demos convert skeptics; slide decks don't. That approach has turned "I don't think this is possible" into signed contracts. Five years adjunct at Stevens Institute: revised the graduate curriculum around the PMI framework, taught 200+ graduate and 500+ undergraduate engineers, mentored 50+ student startup teams from ideation through Senior Capstone Pitch. As VP Marketing of the IIBA NYC Chapter I delivered keynotes to audiences of 75–200 on LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, blockchain, and Business Structure Optimization. Sold live on QVC for two years — real-time communication under pressure no classroom teaches. Currently building: FitCheckAI (AI fashion analysis iOS app on the Anthropic Claude Vision API), ChartFlow Medical (clinical FHIR dashboard, RAG-augmented Claude Opus, SMART on FHIR to Epic MyChart, InteliChart, Oracle Health), and ThaiLing (Thai language learning web app). Confiq AI Conference (June 2026) speaker on multimodal AI in oncology. Origin story for the curious: in the dark days of AI — 2002 to 2004, no frameworks, no GPUs, before anyone called it AI — I wrote my first machine learning programs in C++ at Rutgers for mammography mass detection. Building AI from raw mathematics is the foundation of how I think about frontier models today. If your team needs someone who can build credibly, teach clearly, and help customers adopt — that's my through-line.

Executive Influence & Communication: Masterfully translated complex concepts into compelling business value propositions for both technical and non-technical C-suite audiences, successfully convincing partners to adopt and integrate novel automation and AI agent technologies. Product Vision and Strategy: Helped define product vision and strategy for AI-driven tools and automated systems, driving formulation of project plans and product positioning strategies for Fortune 500 clients. Pre-Sales & Technical Demonstrations: Collaborated with sales teams to deliver value-based demonstrations, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and technical proposals, responding to complex RFP requirements to accelerate deal cycles.
Solo-built a deployed AI consumer app from a real user insight (my daughters asked "does this outfit look good?") through the full product lifecycle: problem identification, AI model architecture, fine-tuning, UI design, deployment, and iteration. The app captures or uploads an outfit photo, runs it through a custom fine-tuned Gemini Vision model, and returns a 0-10 style score, named outfit classification, trend alignment assessment, and specific actionable styling suggestions. Key technical decisions and outcomes: • Custom Gemini Vision fine-tuning with genuine scoring calibration (2.0-7.8 range observed across real users) — honest ratings, not flattering ones • Dynamic top-10 fashion trend feed that refreshes via AI-driven research, ensuring scores reflect current styles • User feedback loop (emoji rating system) generating training signal for model improvement • Built on Firebase with clean mobile-first UI accessible via Safari • Navigated real startup iteration: tried no-code integration, pivoted when it failed, now migrating to Base44 for native iOS
