Additionally, I have been involved in the opening of two new hotels, where I played a crucial role in shaping operational strategies, training teams, and ensuring that each property delivered exceptional guest experiences from day one. One of my most rewarding experiences was working aboard NCL Cruise Line, where I was able to further refine my ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of service. Working with a global clientele taught me how to handle diverse expectations, all while upholding the core values of hospitality.
