Responsible for the development of all Asset Protection strategy, store programming and Home Office Operations for Walmart Stores US including defining associate work programs, merchandising partnerships and solutions, payment service solutions, communications, training, central operations program development, financial planning/budgeting/capital planning/Overhead expense management and integration and alignment of departmental objectives into broader corporate strategy; position reporting direct to Vice President of Asset Protection and Safety for Walmart Stores, US.
Responsible for 1,500 Walmart Stores (Supercenter and Neighborhood Markets) on East Coast of US and Puerto Rico overseeing all Asset Protection, Safety and Security operations and overseeing a field asset protection team of 180 multi-unit managers and 4,300 store level manager and hourly asset protection work force.
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations; Supported 450 stores in Northeast and New England Division; Responsible for all store operational process implementation and deployment of all new corporate programming related to workforce management and efficiency, inventory management and business continuity operations; cheif of staff role to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
Responsible for oversight of safety/security operation of all University sponsored concerts and events for all attendees, performers, and guests including transportation, evacuation plans, and coordination with event staff management
