As a Trendmatcher, I stimulate agility, i.e. identifying relevant developments and help organisations and individuals to be able to benefit from these. I have experience in many organisations in a wide variety of sectors, both public and private. Specialties: Innovation, knowledge management, creativity, entrepeneurship, consulting skills.
In this position, I aim to collaborate and do research with colleagues within and outside the department, focusing on developing the climate and the skills for creating value out of all our experiences, successes and (brilliant) failures!

The Institute of Brilliant Failures aims to create awareness and appreciation for risks involved in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. We try to reduce fear for the unknown and we want to stimulate double-loop learning by being open about things that didn't work the way it was anticipated. As owner and executive advisor of KnocoM, I help people with issues related to knowledge, innovation and creativity. I have been involved in the development of a centre of expertise in the Dutch Healthcare sector. Furthermore, I have evaluated various corporate KM programs, such as at Ahold. I have been reviewer for various European projects about KM and innovation. On a regular basis I speak at conferences and workshops.
