Daarnaast leid ik het project Sales & Accountmanagement, waarbij ik een multidisciplinair team aanstuur en ondersteunend databeheer inclusief CRM en privacyborging implementeer. Ik verbind strategie met uitvoering: van procesoptimalisatie en financieel management tot digitale transformatie, waaronder de implementatie van een elektronisch patiëntendossier en datagedreven werken. Daarnaast leid ik het project Sales & Accountmanagement, waarin we een integraal beleid ontwikkelen voor Training & Advies en Hulpverlening. In dit traject stuur ik een multidisciplinair team aan en realiseer ik ondersteunend databeheer, inclusief CRM-implementatie en borging van privacywetgeving. As of March I started in my new position of Managing Director Mental Care, Learning & Development (Manager Zorg, Leren en Ontwikkelen) with Stichting Feniks Ontwikkelingsbegeleiding. In this role I am responsible for our three teams of professionals (psychologists, therapist, orthopedagogues, group workers) who together provide mental healthcare as well as creative and future oriented programs for young adolescents, dealing with giftedness often in combination with other issues (Neurodiversity). In my role I am part of further designing our care strategy as well as positioning our organization as a center of expertise. I contribute to quality assurance, maintaining our high levels of service and I develop and organize learning & development programs for our professionals where needed. We are proud to support organizations as well as our private clients in learning more about prevention and designing treatment programs to support adolescents (and their support system) in finding their track in life.

In my role as Director OHW I work with international companies to shape their company policies on Health & Wellbeing. Furthermore I work as a strategic advisor in business development for current and new customers, together with a team of accountmanagers. I am also a licensed Psychologist working with individual employees as well as groups on Health & Wellbeing related topics, in both Dutch and English language.
For Sonnevelt Opleidingen I teach the program for coaches who wish to become Happiness Coach. This 8 month program combines Positive Psychology, the Positive Health Model (Huber), coaching techniques as well as scientific research on happiness. It's is a real pleasure to work with 16 enthusiastic students on this topic!
