Engineer and public servant passionate about making healthcare more effective and accessible. I’ve scaled a health startup as CEO, supported the US launch of a medical device, and led AI and telemedicine initiatives. I combine strategic vision, policy insight, and hands-on leadership to drive improvements in health outcomes.
Leading the deployment of France's national AI strategy in healthcare at the Ministry of Health (DNS) — bridging governance, regulation, and real-world use cases to deliver better care and a more efficient health system.
The AI4CC program leverages AI to improve cervical cancer detection in low-resource settings and develop scalable protocols. As program manager, I: • Evaluated tools for clinical efficacy, cost-effectiveness, and local adaptability to guide MSF’s strategy • Lead MSF's collaboration in an international consortium (NCI, NGOs, academia, industry) to validate an AI medical device through 3 clinical studies (5,000+ MSF patients, 50,000 total) • Ensure validated innovations are adopted in routine care (HPV tests as first line screening).
As CEO, I have led the vision and execution of the company, marked by : • Completion of our first two human clinical trials (70+ participants) for Jellynov's nutraceutical for weight loss. • Breakthroughs in R&D, including 2 patents awaiting approval • Expansion of operations with a growing team and a new laboratory based in Montpellier.
As COO, I led the development strategy, overseeing 2 preclinical studies, transitioning the product from lab to human consumption, and securing mixed public-private funding.
As US Product Manager, I drove MammoScreen’s pre-launch development and market readiness by: • Co-designing 2 new released based on market feedback and field testing (10+ new features, MVP MammoScreen-3D, MammoScreen-Client, MammoBox) • Supporting the go-to market strategy: developped reimbursment strategy, identified key market drivers and value propositions to position the product for adoption • Supporting Marketing, Sales, Production and Clinical Research teams to align on launch strategies.
As the first employee in the US, I built the adequate partnerships to convert Therapixel's powerful AI into FDA-cleared commercial software for breast cancer screening: MammoScreen. In particular, I: • Found partners & collected US mammograms for AI training & validation (+600k ) • Co-designed the user interface (ideation & experimentation phases with US radiologists) • Organised the clinical study necessary to obtain FDA-clearance (16 MDs, 1 publication) • Created and lead a US Clinical Advisory Board • Initiated a partnership with Rad-Aid, a US NGO to give access to MammoScreen in low-resource settings.
As head of a public engineering department (35+ people, €300M portfolio), I: • Drove complex infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency • Shaped public policy as a contributor to the Île-de-France White Paper on Sustainable Mobility • Spearheaded innovation to modernize operations and the workplace: research partnerships, an Innovation Committee, digital tools, and infrastructure upgrades, including sustainability initiatives like street art and urban ecology.
