I am an Advocate and Counsel at Fieldfisher Poland in the Dispute Resolution team, recognized by Legal 500 for Dispute Resolution. I have 10 years of experience managing complex disputes, with a particular focus on commercial, corporate, and unfair competition cases. My practice covers all stages of dispute resolution, from strategic planning and drafting pleadings to representing clients before courts and in arbitration proceedings. I also have experience in white-collar crime matters. I am actively involved in pro bono work, advocating for women’s rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and freedom of the press. I have experience handling administrative and tax disputes, with extensive expertise in VAT-related litigation. I completed postgraduate tax studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. I specialize in compliance and hold the Approved Compliance Officer qualification, advising clients on regulatory matters and the implementation of robust compliance programs.
