This role involves aligning with client processes and implementing MSP service line systems and procedures to ensure successful service delivery. The Talent Manager works closely with teams in Delivery, Service, Quality Control, and Finance to fully support all client needs. In the role of the Talent Manager, I am responsible for the Netherlands and Nordic region. Responsibilities: - Account Management for MSP Client (Worley) for the locations in the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway; - Building, expanding and maintaining the client relationships; - Aligning clients' needs and objectives to deliver customized recruitment solutions; - Aligning with the in-house recruitment team to maximize the fill ratio; - Knowledge-sharing and training the recruitment team to ensure the best results; - Building relationships with the external agencies to ensure the best success rate for the end client; - Continuously building relationships and expanding the local candidate markets; - Reviewing and submitting qualified candidates directly to the client; - Handling offer negotiations with both candidates and clients; - Aligning with the marketing team to build tailor-made strategies per region.
