Mainly: IT area - Providing recruitment process end-to-end - Through close partnership with hiring managers, driving the process to attract future colleagues and ensure their outstanding candidates’ experience - Support to Hiring Managers in the full cycle of the recruitment process - Working closely with HRBP, the employer branding department, in advising, partnering and implementing interesting ideas - Conduct recruitment processes for the Polish market - Identify qualified candidates through various sourcing channels - Verify candidates’ soft skills and their Volvo’s culture-fit - Taking care of new employees through their pre-boarding experience - Taking part in additional projects, workshops, job fairs, and international initiatives - Organizing creative activities in support of the recruitment process Additional projects: - Recruitment Project Coordinator of Drive IT Program 2022 - ( https://driveitwithvolvo.pl/ ) - Recognition in 2022 for recruitment successes in the SAP area
- Communication and collaboration with other team members - Overseeing the execution of tasks of team members working on the project, related to Client and Candidate service, recruitment, administration - Planning, work distribution and coordination of activities of individual team members working on the project - Taking care of proper and regular information flow within the team/ branch/region - Managing recruitment projects - Implementing Candidate Journey standards - Verifying and assessing professional qualifications of Candidates - Actively identify and establish relationships with key Candidates
- Conducting recruitment processes for IT sector - Leading interviews - Building candidate database - Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates - Preparing reports for clients - Participating in business meetings - Acting as a point of contact to assigned clients
- Recruiting IT specialists - Selecting, screening and phone interviews with candidates - Building and constantly expanding candidates' base - Taking care of building long-term relationships with candidates - Building relationships with external clients - Conducting and supervising all recruitment processes, delivering candidates, scheduling interviews, making job offers - Hiring – preparing contracts, negotiations with candidates, signing contracts
- Coordinating recruitment processes (IT area) - Preparing and coordinating selection and recruitment process for Polish and international companies from various areas; low-level, mid-level, high-level positions - Conducting recruitment interviews (phone and face-to-face interviews) - Developing and managing candidates' database - Preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisement - Building relationships with external clients as well as with candidates - Maintaining documentation according to internal company’s standard
