- Primary point of contact for employees, focusing on driving a seamless and positive employee experience - Manage our ticketing system: Jira Help Desk - Execute operational tasks in support of the full employee life cycle (preboarding to offboarding) - Maintain accuracy and compliance with employee data and files in all People-related systems (Darwinbox, Google Suite, Notion) - Partner with internal stakeholders on matters related to onboarding, employee changes, terminations, etc. - Responsible for reporting & auditing. - Support in benefit processes & leave of absence management
- Perform and aid in the tasks of the Recruitment and Selection area, which are: prescreening, contacting applicants, scheduling interviews with the operations area, keeping track of the calendars and database of the campaigns. - Responsible for preonboarding and onboarding paperwork including preparing the offer letters, reviewing employment eligibility documents, and ensuring that required forms are filled out properly. - Routinely follow up with candidates, recruiters, and account managers regarding the recruitment and onboarding process. - Manage the company's database, as well as keep the progress of each of the campaigns on the platform updated.
- Responsible for the preonboarding, onboarding and training of the Language Structure and Reading Comprehension teachers. - Daily supervision of the teachers' classes, as well as the review and approval of the planning made by the teachers. - Responsible for giving feeback on the findings with advice and recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for the evaluation of the Internal Control System in the divisional offices in order to establish proposals for the improvement of the Process Control and Improvement Model (training needs assessment, identifying weaknesses in each component, work plans). - Review the key performance indicators and make performance reports. - Aid in the supervisions carried out in the zones and review the organizational objectives. - Follow up and keep track of work plans and their execution.
