My work lives at the intersection of communication, AI, learning, and leadership and building environments where people can think, grow, and learn together in meaningful ways. I currently serve as Headmistress of SwarmMind School – The School of Learning Engineers, a new kind of learning institution where humans and AI learn side by side. My role is to nurture the School’s culture, guide learners, and ensure that trust and safety are embedded in every learning journey physically, socially, psychologically, and in data. I believe learning thrives where there is human warmth, courage, curiosity, and imagination. And that sustainable growth is built not through pressure, but through connection. SwarmMind School - The School of Learning Engineers is a new learning institution — born in Finland and built for global impact. As the Headmistress, I guide the School’s community, values, and learning culture, ensuring that kindness, courage, imagination and psychological safety form the foundation of our learning experiences. I also serve as the School’s Guardian of Kindness, supporting learners and leaders as they step into the emerging field of Learning Engineering — designing learning with AI, for real human growth. My role includes: * Leading the School’s values and learner experience * Co-designing programs and community rituals * Safeguarding the four pillars of trust & safety * Supporting the Founding Learning Engineers cohort * Helping build the world’s first School of Learning Engineers SwarmMind School: “Teachers who learn with you.”

25.11.2024 on tehty päätös hyväksyä ja pyytää Pauliina Mäkelää jäseneksi Hallituspartnerit ry. Tampereen kuntatiimiin. Kuntatiimi muuttui maaliskuussa 2025 kuntatoimikunnaksi. Hallituspartnerit ry. Tampereen kuntatiimi tekee vaikuttamistyötä, yhteistyötä ja jäsentyötä. Näitä ovat mm. hallitusjäsenten välitys kuntayhtiöihin, omistajapolitiikan arviointi, hallitustyön arviointi ja yhteistyö kuntien elinkeinotoimen kanssa.
