TMS Migration & Rollout Lead – DB Schenker (Russia) 2018–2019: CIEL TMS Rollout Completion I joined Schenker in 2018 to lead and finalize the long-running migration from the legacy TMS “SOFTSPED” to the global TMS “CIEL,” a project initially launched back in 2014. In 2019, the rollout was successfully completed across 25 branches in a Big Bang go-live, impacting 200+ users. Key responsibilities: * Full-scale implementation of CIEL TMS for Direct, Rail, and Groupage business segments * Migration from local IT services to global DB Schenker IT platforms * Business process analysis, optimization, and documentation * Development of solution concepts and ownership of key areas of technology design * Resource coordination, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation * Adaptation of system functionalities to local business requirements

Led multiple complex projects in the energy sector, covering contracting, supply, installation, and commissioning of high-voltage equipment (110–500 kV) for power generation and transmission & distribution (T&D) applications. Acted as CIS regional representative for HIGHVOLT Prüftechnik Dresden GmbH (highvolt.de), overseeing brand positioning, sales, and project execution. Achieved a personal sales record exceeding €9 million worth of HIGHVOLT equipment between 2013 and 2016.
