I am a experienced Senior Project Manager and Consultant with a successful track record managing projects and programmes across the Utility, IT/Telecoms, Transport, MoD, Police, Local Government and Financial Services sectors. Since 1995 I have run Communication Services Ltd; a truly independent, communications and IT consultancy. The business specialises in enterprise voice networking, IP convergence, mobile communications and IT infrastructures. The service covers strategy development, procurement, implementation and support and I have had more than 25 years’ experience in delivering highly successful projects on behalf of our clients across all market sectors. I am commercially astute with an ability to respond to and present bids and tenders (including OJEU) to customers both internally and externally. I demonstrate strong negotiation skills that have led to the successful award of various public, and private sector contracts. On project award, I take the lead to ensure their smooth planning, delivery and completion, maintaining tight budget control, resourcing and material costs throughout the full project lifecycle, as well as managing suppliers.
