Paul is a strategic product manager with around 6 years of experience in building & scaling AI-powered fintech & insur-tech products/platforms, apps & chatbots, driving growth & executing full-cycle roadmaps from strategy to market release. He had worked with Bajaj Finserv Group majorly in their life insurance business, where he has launched several insurance B2B & B2C digital products from 0 to 1. Now, he works with the Wholesale Digital Studio within the Corporate & Invesmtnent Banking Group of Mashreq Bank. He was the product owner for key enterprise platforms, including a B2C insurance sales & servicing app, B2B sales enablement tool, WhatsApp BOT ecosystem and a GenAI-powered platform, all developed from roadmap to release. His projects have also been recognized by CII, & META for innovation in AI & digital transformation including the 'Best Insurer Innovation' global award, competing with 100+ insurance projects worldwide. As a side passion, he is also interested in economics, behavioural finance and capital markets.He has also cleared CFA Level 1. He loves travelling & cars, having done road trips across the country & abroad. He was also the University of Kerala Quiz Runners-Up Champion during his college days.
