Guiding a vehicle line based team of senior & junior development engineers with primary objective run prototype workshops and coordinate test track usage. Responsibility for all management & build of all mule & prototype vehicles. Responsibility for all prototype related road testing & validation. Execute final engineering validation via drive events, checking & releasing of all functional vehicle performances prior to go into J1. Organize & execute all W/S testing. Perform high mileage durability testing and interiors and exteriors “for life” testing. Execute E/E in car verification & HVAC hard and software validation. Run thermal under-body full vehicle measurements for engine, fuel and exhaust systems. Perform Job 1 production start with task force launch support during production launches and run press car preparation for first launches of new models.
