Strong information technology professional with a background in strategy and policy development, procurement and vendor management, remote site support, managing a team of IT support professionals.
My role with One Tree Community Services, I am responsible for organisation-wide systems and information, including the following duties - Running regular checks on network and data security - Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems - Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation - Designing training programs and workshops for staff - Conducting regular system audits - Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff - Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages - Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget - Providing direction for IT team members - Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement - Managing both desktop and field support members - Managing IT Project Management team

In this role with IMC, I managed the operational readiness and delivery of ITC to all remote and corporate sites. I was also the point person for all ITC matters from desktop support to data breach and cyber security incidents. I also managed the authoring and release of all ITC policies, procedures and technical documents.
In my role with NEMMS JV, I have spearheaded a move to an integrated platform with a Business Intelligence layer to provide insight for the directors and program/project managers to be able to make informed decisions about the projects that are active within the business. Currently, the BI provides overview of all aspects of the project financials from Income and Cost to the handling of purchase order data. I also manage IT purchasing and the mobilization and configuration of geographically diverse new project sites for NEMMS JV. I have moved NEMMS JV onto the Office 365 and Azure platform to provide greater mobility for the teams that work in regional WA.
