Snr Director of Strategic Sourcing at Celestica managing end to end supply chain for our Advanced Technical Solutions(ATS) group($3b+) which includes Health Tech, Industrial, Power Infrastructure and Capital equipment. My mission is simple - drive maximum productivity with minimum inventory while ensuring no interruptions to supply by having the right suppliers in the right place at the right place and the right price and time. Since each segment is unique with differing volumes, technologies and regulatory requirements this necessitates building a diverse and robust supply chain to meet our needs. This has become more important given the current Geo Political situation and as such I have to build multiple redundancies into our supply chain. My skillset covers everything from supplier sourcing through to SIOP and everything in-between. I am also a subject matter expert across many commodities
Responsible for End to End Supply Chain for our Industrial, Smart Energy, Capital Equipment and Health Tech segments globally(~$3B). I manage both the customer facing SCM team and the sourcing and commodity teams as well as the SIOP process
