• Engineering Manager and leader on the following SharePoint projects, from ideation to successfully shipped product: o SharePoint Knowledge Agent (Improve This Site) / SharePoint Brand Center / Site Branding / Organizational Asset Libraries / Viva Connections / IW and FLW Dashboard / Viva Home / SharePoint Modern Page Model / Life Cycle / Publishing System / Audience Targeting / SharePoint Communication Sites / Portals/Top of the Intranet / Home Sites / Delve Profiles • Lead teams of 6 to 8 fullstack engineers to deliver enterprise-grade applications in the cloud with SharePoint • Implement Agile best practices, including monthly sprints and daily stand ups • Ensure solid architecture, robust implementation, perf, and scale for all features • Partner with Product, UX Design, and Research teams to ensure delightful customer experiences, product market fit, and reliable high-quality features at a fast pace • Leader on quality and reliability, driving telemetry, reliability dashboards, monitoring/alerts, customer research/feedback, customer usage, unit tests, integration tests, medium/large server-side tests • Track record of building product with partner teams across Microsoft (Substrate, Office Clients, M365 Copilot, Clipchamp, LinkedIn, Viva, AAD Dynamic Groups), and across geos (China, India) • Mentoring and coaching engineers, carefully selecting projects to ensure growth opportunities resulting in high retention rates and top manager scores in OneDrive and SharePoint
