• Supporting the Senior Recruiters on a daily basis • Source and attract candidates via databases and external job boards • Help screen applications and CVs to shortlist • Support with the recruitment administration ie schedule interviews • Liaising with the Senior Management Team
• Supporting the Manager on a daily basis of the running of the service • Manage the staff team aligned to the service • Organise and conduct staff meetings • Oversee shift planners • Handle staff sickness and holidays • Carry out staff inductions • Greet visitors and conduct show rounds • Participating in the staff recruitment process • Report writing • Compile/respond to emails • Manage line Manager’s inbox • Calendar management for line Manager and Senior Leadership Team • Liaise with Senior and Executive Leadership Team • Schedule internal and external meetings • Provide general administration support to the service • First point of contact for the service • Liaise with external agencies • Oversee the file management system • Minute taking • Organise service events, inhouse and off site • Create and maintain databases • Handling of petty cash and invoicing
On a daily basis I am responsible for: • Reception & general administration duties (database, reports, filing, word, general admin duties) • Casefile Management • Use information management systems • Liaison with external agencies: • Conversant in use of Microsoft package (Knowledge of word, excel, databases, outlook, power point) • Creating and collating reports • Diary management • Organising meetings/events • Minute taking • Invoicing (preparing, recording) • Petty cash handling • Communicating with the staff team on a daily basis • Work alongside senior management to complete tasks
