• A key member of the Customer Experience (CX, previously Support) leadership team, aligning HR strategy with business goals in a high-growth, globally distributed startup. • Partnered closely with the CX leadership (Head of CX and all levels), advising on organizational design, leadership development, performance, retention, employee engagement, and more. • Owned the full employee lifecycle for ~130 employees across 20 countries (e.g., Israel, Serbia, India, Mexico, Philippines, Ukraine), embedding deeply within cross-cultural, remote teams. • Implemented the rollout of the first annual performance review and merit cycle, including manager training, compensation planning, and feedback facilitation. • Created and launched a CX career development framework, including a role architecture, promotion and internal mobility criteria, and manager enablement tools. • Supported major organizational changes, advising on team restructuring, change communication, and leadership transitions. • Collaborated cross-functionally with L&D, TA and Employer Brand teams on org-wide solutions — including training programs, workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and talent attraction. • Contributed to the launch of a new CX site in Belgrade, supporting hiring, onboarding, and site integration. • Planned and facilitated a CX Leadership offsite, focused on vision alignment, goals, and SWOT analysis. • Drove new initiatives, such as peer to peer recognition, HR policies, and more.
• Managed the full HR and talent acquisition scope for the global Support organization, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership and trusted partner to employees in all people matters. • Led end-to-end global hiring across functions — from job definition and advertising to interviews, offers, and onboarding — hiring for roles in Support, R&D, Product, Design, Marketing, and more. • Played a central role in establishing the new Support site in Sderot, leading the hiring of 22 Tier 1 Support agents in a short timeframe. • Spearheaded the conversion of employees across 20 countries from contractor to employee status by introducing an EOR solution (Papaya Global) in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Support leadership. • Acted as the primary HR PoC for global employee relations. • Led strategic HR projects including a new referral program, candidate experience improvements, revamped careers site, and contributed to employer branding initiatives emphasizing social media presence. • Supported ongoing HR reporting and compensation benchmarking to guide business decisions.
• Created internal assessment tools and improved feedback surveys to enhance program effectiveness. • Redesigned selection methodologies, introducing a more objective and structured approach. • Built and delivered training workshops (in-person and virtual) for Program Managers.
• Designed and led a semester-long empowerment program for high-potential female students. • Selected 30 participants from 120 applicants through an interview process. • Fostered collaborations with the Students’ Union, guest speakers, and external suppliers. • Managed program promotion and budget planning, navigating limited resources to maximize impact.
