As part of Glue Reply’s Senior Leadership Team, I led the data practice - which covered data strategy, risk management, and transformation programmes for major clients. I also defined the company’s data proposition and strengthened its delivery capability by championing the data community and refining tools and accelerators across the practice
Worked as a solutions designer for a strategic automation project within a devops environment. Closely engaged with senior business stakeholders, the investment bank central architecture team, sourcing, and external vendors to realise a significant FTE save in the operations team. Worked with the data governance team to agree roles and responsibilities for effective data governance and risk management. Supported other developers and lead developers both through the formal “Tech Council” and informal meetings/reviews within an enterprise agile environment.
Working as part of the architecture team to deliver a strategic global platform for risk reporting. The system is designed to provide streamlined system on-boarding and reporting using MDM principles. It also provides a consistent MI/BI layer to improve the accuracy and timeliness of risk reporting and to service regulatory requirements.
