As part of the senior team, I helped to lead the organisation through a multi-year period of sustained national and international growth, setting the organisation's strategy, and leading its sales and marketing functions. I was responsible for growing its Communities of Practice: Digital Twin Hub; Global BIM Network; Cities Climate Investment Commission (3Ci); Freeport Innovation Network; Infrastructure Industry Innovation Partnership (i3P); Innovation Disitricts Group; Innovative Procurement Empowerment Centre (IPEC). UK5G is a collaborative network of networks sharing understanding about B2B digital transformation using emerging technology ecosystems. I provided programme design and review, for UK Government's DCMS' 5G Testbeds & Trials Programme. I was an 'external assessor' of the £30m Urban Connected Communities competition which was won by WM5G.
