Elected to serve as the Deputy Chief/Chief/Senior Chief for a 17-20 man Fire Department, serving a rural community in the Wildland Urban Interface in El Paso County, Colorado. Department has 5+ apparatus, and provides EMS, Resuce as well as Fire protection for our district. I am Colorado State Certified in HAZMAT, Fire Fighting, 1st Responder as well as numerous DHS certifications.
Responsible for all aspects of this QSR business operating as WELRITE LLC. HR/Training, CEO,COO and CFO. In our first year of business, selected as Southern Colorado Subway Franchisee of the year. (This distinction has not been awarded since!) We have several items that set us apart from even our peers: 24/7 support to the Colorado Springs OEM, Delivery services, Gluten Free products and Goodrich Ice Cream.

From 2012 to 2013, designed and implemented a ONESAF proof of principle training program for a redeploying OKARNG Infantry Battalion from OEF. This scenario utilized the MDMP process to train a new BN CDR and Staff on their recurring state missions as the battalion entered the AFORGEN cycle. In 2014, conducted RED Team Business Development for the Colorado Springs office, and in 2015, conducted a two week training exercise with the MING on a NUCDET exercise during their annual AT. Since that time I've been PTOC.
