Assignment consisted of 2 main parts: - Documentation of the target architecture involving all of the EA layers: strategy, business, information, application and technology. - Assessment / report regarding deviations from the target architecture with recommendations with priorities. In addition to deviations general notes and comments regarding the organization’s development model, documentation and trends were summarized.
