About

A senior leader in large international organisations I recruit and develop high performing teams in the medical device and consumer goods industries, with a focus on partnerships and M&A for mutual value generation. I have significant experience in managing diverse, multifunctional teams in the lifecycle management of medical devices and software, from insight, concept and product development, through to stakeholder engagement (government, opinion leaders, payers), marketing, sales, and implementation. I focus on defining mid- to long- term strategy and developing win-win partnerships that will contribute to Omron’s long-term sustainable growth targets. In this context I have identified and led acquisitions, investment in international start-up's, and long term technology development partnerships for Omron Healthcare. I have extensive management experience in consumer marketing, both in the field of medical devices across EMEA with Omron Healthcare and in FMCG with Procter and Gamble.
