Led the engineering team for ServiceNow's IT Operations Management (ITOM) business unit.
Led a 260 person engineering Appliance Solutions team delivering virtual (software) and physical appliance products. Includes responsibility for a SaaS telemetry system hosted in AWS that gathers analytical information about all deployed appliances. Led the Symantec Endpoint Protection Development team consisting of 150 engineers located in the US, China and India. Oversaw all aspects of development for Symantec's flagship enterprise product. Responsible for Windows, Mac, Virtualization endpoint protection and the Management Server. The product generated $800 million per year in revenue and had over half a million customers ranging from small businesses to large fortune 500 companies.
Led the Symantec Endpoint Protection Server team. The team consisted of 50 engineers located in the US, China and India. Work closely with Architects, Product Management and Quality Assurance teams to deliver a world class enterprise product serving more than half a million customers.
