Research on the integration of renewable energy sources in the national building stock with focus on: ● Mathematical modelling of energy systems ● Cost-based optimization of complex building energy systems ● System impact assessment on different stakeholders The research activities have been performed within the context of national research programs: ● NRP70: Development of a holistic modelling framework to optimally size energy systems in buildings ● SCCER-FURIES: Contribution to the national assessment of multi-energy systems for the built environment Teaching activities regarding assistance to master courses (preparation of lectures and exercise sessions) and student supervision (semester and master projects)
