As Project Director, I oversaw federal contracts valued at over $150M, effectively leading strategy execution and managing the delivery of the Royal Australian Navy's Primary Technical Training agreement. With a focus on guaranteeing uninterrupted delivery of technical training to Royal Australian Navy personnel, I implemented a recruitment and upskilling initiative to assemble a high-calibre contract management team with relevant experience. I also applied advanced financial and commercial acumen to manage tender budgets of approximately $120M and ensured adherence to parliamentary and Ministerial processes.
