I was responsible for undertaking delivery of consultancy services for key clients, mentoring individual consultant’s, managing diaries and managing capacity for delivery of billable activities. Duties included monitoring and mentoring consultants to support delivery of billable work, mentoring and supporting consultants CPD to include delivery of in-house CPD workshops to employees as required and coordination of SME support and learning. Also responsible for appointment, management and review of UK and International associate consultants. I was also responsible for management of the company BMS and ISO9001:2015 certification, including liaison with certification body and attendance at external audits. Performance review activities include reporting on employee billable activity performance and overseeing the client renewals process to ensure clients requirements are met to include requesting client proposals and CB quotations Other performance management activities include liaison with all assigned clients at agreed frequency to review client satisfaction and reviewing outputs from consultant training and CPD to ensure effectiveness, to include updating and maintain learning records. Key activities include conducting consultants mid-year reviews to confirm progress against individual objectives.

Successfully managed a £1.2m budget to deliver a total overhaul of a modular building production plant. This included construction of new facilities and the installation of a new production line, which involved design and manufacture of bespoke machinery. Delivered certification of ISO14001 Environmental Management System in 8 months. Managed the increase in production from 8 to 15 modular buildings per week, turning an initial loss of -£25k into a +£200k profit within 18 months. Responsible for product improvement and research and Development.
