Supervise and manage operations for Comverse Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMVT), an S&P 500 and NASDAQ-100 Index company, and numerous subsidiaries worldwide. Report directly to the Board of Directors. Advise and provide counsel on a full array of legal matters, including SEC, corporate governance, regulatory, merger and acquisition, contract, intellectual property, litigation, employment, operational and strategic planning issues. Prepare and review all public filings. Provide litigation direction and support from pre-trial process and strategy through settlement negotiations and trials. Supervise and manage in-house legal departments and outside legal counsel.
