• Design latest asphalt paving machines and technology on diverse cross functional new product introduction team • Focus on designing sheet metal parts, assemblies, and systems, as well as line routing on new paver models • Create detailed supplier and in-house fabrication and assembly drawings with accurate GD&T • Communicate with manufacturing engineers, fabricators and line operators to ensure manufacturable designs • Complete documentation for preparation of releasing new paver models to market • Completed training to fully operate pavers in order to better identify areas for improvement
Design biopharmaceutical product mixing bags - provide customers with solutions to improve their processes Test and analyze product components, determine feasibility, write validation procedures and reports Produce Solidworks drawings for customer quotes and for use in manufacturing Work with Process Engineers, Operations, and Sales to ensure quality, performance, and cost meet expectations Document all drawing changes/new releases with Engineering Change Orders in Oracle database, meeting FDA standards Support customers throughout product life cycle Continuously improve designs, internal processes, and project flow throughout departments
