Read and interpret technical drawings for proper machine setup of design specifications for a variety of manufacturing machines- 3D Printing, CNC Milling, Fiber and CO2 Laser Cutting, and Thermoforming. Use CAD/CAM software for creating machine instructions and programs. Load programs, materials and cutting tools for production. Perform quality assurance checks using measuring instruments throughout manufacturing. Adjust machine settings to optimize production while maintaining specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines during the manufacturing. Perform preventative machine maintenance and cleaning on all company asset machines.

Load materials into the CNC machine. Choose and load the correct cutting tools for particular materials and program machines. Perform quality assurance tests throughout the manufacturing stage to stay within design tolerances. Adjust machining paths and settings to optimize production while maintaining product specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines during the manufacturing process. Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning. Train new employees on proper machine operating procedures and programs.
Read and interpret technical drawings for Waterjet or CNC machine setup to design specifications. Use AutoCAD and other modeling software to create CAM instructions according to drawings. Load program, materials and tools into the CNC machine. Perform checks throughout the manufacturing process to stay within design tolerances. Adjust machine paths and settings to optimize production. Troubleshoot problems during the manufacturing process. Perform machine maintenance and cleaning. Train new employees in proper machine operating procedures and programs. Train new employees on proper machine operating procedures and programs.
View and report on cabin interior deterioration caused from a variety of conditions. Follow company guidelines for the proper reporting with minimum and maximum condition faults. Inform management and associates about conditions abnormal to daily reports. Setup personal daily schedule to fulfill work requirements. Inform downline station of work completed to avoid duplicate work efforts. Interact with local workgroups- Customer Service for flight information. A&P Mechanics with items that need to be addressed as safety concerns and items for cabin appearance repairs. Management to inform cabin conditions on aircraft and my presence in specific work areas for safety.
Complete necessary computer transactions for material movement within the organization warehouse and operational needs. Facilitate movement for aircraft parts through SFOJL stores and maintenance groups. Transact equipment issue/receipt on paper forms and in tool tracking systems (TICS/eTIPS) to mechanics. Respond to questions regarding material and product supplied to mechanic group- availability, location, and process to expedite material movement to work area location.
