Senior Process Lead Engineer with 13+ years of experience in oil & gas, LNG, LPG, and energy transition projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, including Statfjord Platforms, Jotun FPSO, Tjeldbergodden plant, and QatarEnergy LNG (Qatargas) vessels. My current role is Process and Technical Lead Engineer with Engineering Manager roles for concepts, FEEDs, and executions at Tjeldbergodden, leading methane abatement and decarbonization projects and taking ownership of overall process design, and client and vendor presentations. • Lead process engineer for Equinor Tjeldbergodden (TBO) Plant M&M. • Engineering Management in execution phase Tjeldbergodden (TBO) Plant M&M • Lead of decarbonization and methane abatement TBO in concept & FEED. • Responsible for evaluation of carbon emission and costs, NPV, and LCA. • Lead process for interdisciplinary, BCM, and vendor clarifications. • Presenter for technical clarifications, HAZOP and design reviews to client. • Manage planning, hours, and distribute the tasks in TBO process team.
• Discipline Responsible Engineer (DRE) for the systems 25, 27, 28, and 48. • New and old regulations (life extension) apply for various parts of the systems(which are major challenge in LTE projects). • Deputy to section lead of main gas systems. • Active participation to HAZOPs, Design reviews, DNVs, GAPs, and TQs. • Process responsible for new refrigeration package, new metering package, new valves, LP compressor rebundling, and some other refurbishments. • MC responsible for refrigeration skid in addition to work on vendor site for 2 weeks as Worley representative to supervise the delivery and closing punch list by direct report to Worley and client management.
• Equinor Statfjord A commissioning and startup engineer during 5 weeks offshore rotation. • Commissioning process lead on compressor seal oil overhead tanks, retention tests, ejector startups, and disturbance test. • Checker for Equinor KV jobs and Ivar Aasen projects. • Responsible process engineer for Statfjord A Ejector project with close contact to other disciplines. • Responsible process engineer for valves on Statfjord A ejector and recompressor project • VDS selection by TR2000, TR1951, TR3017, TR2325, VSM, etc. • Verifying Pipe specs based on operating condition of the lines • Updating simulations for different operating condition of client • Updating P&IDs, preparing checklists and closing HAZOPs • Participating in C&E, safe chart, and control philosophy meetings • Checking bids from vendors with direct contact to PRE • Working with Connectit Statoil, STID, ProCoSys, and proarc • Deliveries such as process datasheets, Valve Lists, Line lists, Tie-in Lists, SAT, etc. Current Projects • Statfjord A M&M Recompression and Ejector Project (engineering and offshore commissioning) • Balast water and drainage of deluge water study • Statfjord C-08, C-27, C-36, C-40 Well projects.
Process Engineering (Marine Flare Gas and Business development): • Process design and simulation of cargo handling systems as well as bid preparation using HYSYS and excel. • Process calculation in LPG and LNG vessels such as reliquefaction capacity, pressure drop and line sizing calculations, process datasheet, etc. • Preparation of PFDs and P&IDs using AutoCAD and Autoplant. • Preparation of gas trial procedure and operating manual for cargo handling systems. Mechanical Engineer (Equipment packages e.g. Valve, Strainers, orifices, etc.): • Creation of RFQs. • Review of quotations from suppliers and preparation of PR. • Placing orders and participation in kickoff meetings with suppliers. • Supplier and production follow up as well as document approval according to SMDR including MRB. • Participation in FAT, supervision of the reports, and delivery to site/yard. • Participation in Mechanical Completion for flare gas recovery plant in Fjell Bergen. Aftermarket: • Responsible engineer for dry dock Software and Hardware modification on LNG Vessels from project execution. to procedure creation, equipment selection and class approval. • Preparation of pre-docking checklist, HAZOP of the modifications, items procurement, and supervision of installation and inspection. • Spare Part responsible engineer main focus on valves. • LPG vessel operational data analysis on daily data update using Quickbase named as Operim
