Transform all Duracell sites culture and performance with our "Duracell Work System" focused on Safety & Quality / Autonomous & Progressive maintenance / Leadership & Organization / Digitization.
In my current role I had the opportunity to start up a “Paperless Operation” project with a clear vision. From the moment operational people enter the site till they leave safely, all the needed information, documentation and data to do their tasks in an effective way is available with the least effort possible (Digitized). This information, documentation and data is always available at the right place, in the right form, on the right time and fit for use and this without any quality, safety or people loss. After 1 year it has become a full digitization project. Each document is only a picture of a moment in the past we need to go for real time data (SPEED). In the next 2 – 3 years we want to go for a Duracell Aarschot Industry 4.0 transformation. (After SPEED we go for SMART).
