• Maintaining Customer relationships • Providing network design and implementation consulting to clients • Coordination of technical resources to accomplish network analysis and implementation tasks. • Maintaining customer and sub-contractor relationships.
• Managing a Technical staff consisting of 24 employees and subcontractors providing COOP Network, Server implementation and transition support to Pentagon tenants. • Maintaining customer and sub-contractor relationships. • Financial and contractual oversight of the Task order. • Coordinating daily activities of the engineering staff, monitoring network implementations, and coordinating customer outages. • Preparation of project status briefings to Government customer and pentagon tenants.
• Supervising and monitoring the implementation of over 140 buildings and approximately 300 telecommunications closets residing on Fort Belvoir, Fort. Myer, and Fort. McNair. The newly installed Cisco Systems Gigabit Ethernet architecture is designed to support 70,000 nodes on Fort Belvoir and approximately 10,000 nodes between Fort Myer and Fort McNair. • Assigning daily tasks to technical staff. • Supervision of multiple teams including technical and labor crews up to 40 people. • Coordination of all aspects pertaining to the installation and integration of newly installed Gigabit Ethernet infrastructure to include coordination with Server Teams and building tenants to ensure seamless network integration. • Creation and maintenance of project plans including implementation schedules, electrical and telecommunications closet infrastructure upgrades, building switch deployments, building migrations, and overall project status.
