About I bring over 30 years of leadership and management experience across a wide range of industries—from government training and surveillance to hospitality, logistics, and entrepreneurship. I currently hold a Secret Clearance and support immersive roleplaying and surveillance training for multiple federal and local agencies, including the FBI, DEA, U.S. Marshals, HRT, Military, Police, OSAP, CITU, and Fly Teams. My background also includes owning and operating several businesses, including restaurants, salon, and daycare. I have deep experience in food & beverage management, catering, purchasing, and menu development, along with a strong focus on team-building, internal promotion, and workplace culture. As a former Training Manager, I’ve developed and led training programs for hundreds of managers and staff. I’ve also worked as a seasonal UPS Supervisor, giving me hands-on experience in high-volume logistics and operations. With a BA in Business/Public Administration from George Mason University, I’m passionate about growing people, strengthening teams, and bringing a high level of professionalism and adaptability to every role I take on.
