Responsible for all technical aspects of the business including IT and a multi disciplined teams including: Research and Development - Electronic, mechanical & embedded firmware design. IT Department - responsible for cyber security and infrastructure. Web Systems design team - Development of web solutions to support customer facing systems. Experienced in creating successful dynamic multi disciplined design teams. Proven leadership ability and practical design experience of: Electronics hardware design. Embedded firmware design. Specialised in low power instrumentation. Experience with RF and Comms protocols. Wide experience with industry based and international standards and compliance including ISO17025. Knowledge of: Java HTML, CSS, Javascript Python Agile methods including Scrum Design for Manufacturing Lean Methods for manufacturing Specialities: Leadership Embedded C Hardware design Sensors and transducers (including Electro Chemical gas sensors) Design for EMC and Compliance Type approval Project Management Lab Management to ISO 17025:2017 Problem Solving
