About

I manage more than 70 active construction and renovation projects across our healthcare network, overseeing everything from hospital expansions to outpatient facility upgrades. I also created a project-tracking system that helps leadership stay informed and keeps projects organized and moving forward. I hold a Universal Refrigerant License and have hands-on experience in several trades, including cabinetry, roofing, and carpentry. Having worked both in the field and in project leadership roles, I understand the importance of practical solutions, clear communication, and getting the job done right.

Project Supervisor — Facilities & Construction Management As Project Supervisor, I currently oversee a portfolio of 70+ active construction and renovation projects across our healthcare network of 741,00sq. ft. Including Rehabilitation hospital to multiple campuses and more than two dozen outpatient sites with specialized therapy pools. To keep everything organized and visible, I developed a comprehensive project-tracking spreadsheet that management relies on to see real-time updates on progress, and priorities. I maintain it daily to ensure every project stays on schedule and aligned with organizational goals. It’s become an essential tool for managing a large and complex workload efficiently. Key responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, schedules, and contractor performance. Coordinate bids, budgets, and contract awards for new work. Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to maintain timelines and quality. Manage capital improvements and facility upgrades across multiple campuses. Ensure compliance with safety, building, and healthcare facility standards. Provide leadership with accurate, data-driven updates and projections. Along with my project management role, I hold a Universal Refrigerant License and bring hands-on experience across multiple trades — including cabinetry, roofing, spackling, and general carpentry. This background allows me to approach projects with both technical insight and practical understanding of the work being done. I’m especially grateful to my supervisors for their encouragement and trust. Their support helped me grow as a leader and build systems that make our team more organized, efficient, and effective.
