Was responsible for establishing the HR function in this new business, including compliance matters, performance management and training and development. A key activity was recruitment as the business was rapidly expanding and I was responsible for hiring for a doubling of the workforce to 300 employees in a six-month period. This required recruitment campaigns in both Ireland and the UK.
